About twelve years ago, I was told by an instructor in an acting class that I would be good at voiceovers. I had no idea at the time just how it worked. Now, I see the potential that has been created by the digital world. The knowledge I've gained regarding recording and editing is beneficial to me in the music world as well as the pursuit of voiceover work. Having just completed the Master Class, I am still a rookie but I know I have lifetime support. Sessions via Zoom with a voiceover professional can't be beat. I'll be back to give more testimonial when I start landing voiceover work.

I was so blessed to get to learn from Eric every week! He is such an excellent coach/teacher/mentor/cheerleader all rolled up into one! No matter how frustrated I was, he was always positive. And the combination of the curriculum and his experience, has given me the tools (and the guts) to start my journey. The engineer guys that had to take extra time with my sound issues were a great help, as well! I don't regret one minute spent getting educated on starting in this business. Thank you, thank you!

When I decided to pursue a career as a Voiceover Actor, I realized that I needed help with honing my voiceover acting skills. I also wanted to find someone who was knowledgeable about the voiceover business...someone who was capable of providing guidance and instructions on how to best utilize my specific skills as a voiceover actor.

After a bit of research, I found an on-line Introductory Class on becoming a Voiceover Actor, offered by Voices For All at a local college. I enrolled in the class and my instructor was Eric Smies. Since Eric is an experienced Voiceover Artist, he was very knowledgeable about the business, and answered all the questions I asked. However, I realized that there was a lot more I needed to learn about the in's and out's of the VO business. Consequently, I enrolled in a Bronze Masterclass and I am so glad that I did. There was a lot to learn!

As a Bronze Masterclass graduate, I would like to express my thanks to my excellent coach, Lori Hauser; also, thanks to Mike and the other support staff who helped me pass my Home Studio Assessment. I feel a lot more confident as I move forward in my career.

I completed the Master Class with Aaron Fischer. Aaron is very knowledgeable about the industry and had lots of excellent tips for someone just starting out. He was also patient and gave great feedback when working with me on different readings of various texts.

My experience with Voices For All has been very positive. In addition to Aaron, the tech support and other support services have been excellent. Jeff Wildermuth walked me through setting up my studio, and answered all of my questions. I finished the course feeling confident in my ability to get started in the industry. The folks at Voices For All have also made it clear that if I have questions or need support in the future that I can contact them with my questions. I am very happy with my experience with Voices For All.

I just finished the Gold level 27 week class. I cannot imagine a better use of the tuition for someone getting into VO than the VFA program. My instructor Eric Smies, with his rich industry background was incredible! His teaching method made every session something I looked forward to each week, and his creativity and honest appraisals of my work were invaluable in giving me what I consider to be a rock solid foundation on which to build my career. VFA provides everything necessary. The studio package is fabulous, and their guidelines for setting up the home studio gave me a top notch and functional working area. I do recommend the extra one-to-one support in setting up software and integration into your computer. I worked with Jeff Wildermuth who is nothing short of a magician. VFA is a first cabin operation. For those interested in this exciting field, I give it my highest recommendation.

I have been in luxury hospitality since 2004, so I am familiar with what makes a connection special. Starting with an on-campus class in Santa Monica for voice acting a year prior to enrolling in VFA's Bronze Master Class, Voices For All has provided me with the skills necessary to truly make a career out of my life's passion - and they are there to answer any questions you have along the way. It's like joining a network of fellow professionals in the field that want to help you succeed . . . in other words, a quality investment for anyone who is serious about becoming a voice actor. Having one-on-one video sessions with a seasoned pro like Aaron Fischer weekly over four months will make a difference for you. Their Home Studio Assessment team exchanged as many emails as it took to get my workspace recording at a professional level, (several dozen!!) and remained helpful all along the journey. In all honesty, this was the right decision and I am happy with where it is taking me.

I loved the master class with VFA! My coach, Lori Hauser, was absolutely wonderful! I felt prepared and equipped to record my demos. With the valuable coaching I received, I got my first commercial job nearing the end of the program! Soon after I stopped meeting with Lori, I booked my first audiobook job. With VFA's resources, and Lori's wealth of knowledge, I felt prepared and confident that I was ready to work professionally. Thank you for everything!

Here I am 10 years down the road and I'm finally ready to start doing something with the awesome training I received from the stellar Andrea L. and the encouragement of Eric H., back in 2010. While I DID voice a nice 30 second local TV spot out in Arizona back then, full-time employment as a design draftsman and participating in my kids' activities was more important. But now I'm back in the studio, as serendipity presented me with my first audio book. Retirement looms for me this year and VO was part of our plan for it. The author for whom I'm recording watched me do a live performance of one of her characters during a book signing event and loved the raw emotion I brought to the reading, as well as the slight German accent I employed (I am not German, but I loved Hogan's Heroes). Fast forward six months and we're sitting in a local eatery after a Colonial era event in town and it comes up casually that I was trained in voice over and her eyes lit up. She has authored 19 books and has a series of historical fiction that she just placed on ACX.com and she asked me to sign up so I could audition for them. I did just that, they listened to my demos of the first 15 minutes of Chapters 1 and 2, and now they like me for the whole series! I have to admit, it's a bit daunting since my experience has been 30-60 seconds versus a cumulative 2.5 hours, But I'm hitting a good stride halfway in. So much so, that if I have time in the schedule I might go back and re-do the first chapter or two! After all this time, my VFA training has stayed with me. I even remembered my login credentials! I still have most of the materials from then, and anything else I can easily get right here at the website. Thanks again. I'm really starting to enjoy my new VO-cation!

Everyone I have interacted with at Voices for All has been top notch -- from the initial phone call explaining the different classes to finishing up my Master Class. I looked forward to my weekly coaching sessions and truly enjoyed the time with my coach. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and genuinely interested in my success. I look forward to what's ahead in my new venture and know that VFA will be there behind me. Thanks all!

My experience with Voices For All has been great -- from the first intro class with Eric at Citrus Community College through the Bronze Master Class with Lori Hauser. Lori is an excellent teacher and coach, who helped me bring out the best in my voice. Moreover, as a working voice actress, she is savvy about the industry, and generous with her knowledge. Her advice helped me in getting set up on casting sites and (very importantly) avoiding some pitfalls. Jeff in tech support was also excellent -- a big help as I was setting up my home studio and struggling with ProTools at first. A tech session with Jeff got me up and running! Everyone that I've interacted with on the VFA team has been super helpful. Right before I finished the Master Class, I booked and completed my first audiobook (and got paid! that felt good). Lori's coaching and advice was key to my success. Thank you to the whole VFA team.

Cannot say enough positive about this organization. If you are on the fence about a voice course, I offer this: Nine months ago I decided to do something about my longtime interest in voice work; I was cautious, as I noticed what looked like a significant level of scam-ish behavior in the industry. I took a live, local, intro workshop (at PCC in California). I tried a 1-hour individual workshop through VFA via Skype. By fall, I had enrolled in a VFA Bronze course. I researched and built my home studio based on VFA materials. (I didn't go with the exact recommendations, but used VFA advice all the way.) I listened to my excellent instructor, took notes, followed his advice as closely as possible. I practiced daily, both on mic and with Pro Tools. I have two sessions left on my course, strictly for demo recording (which is worth the price of admission right there), BUT this past weekend I booked and delivered and got paid for two local radios spots and an e-commerce video VO for a major brand product! With one session left, I booked two more local radio ads; still waiting for a final cut on my demo reel I booked a National TV spot. This would not have happened at this speed had I struck out on my own without the excellent workbooks, VFA resources, and real-life knowledge of my instructor. VFA is the real deal. With so much that feels scam-y out there, it is hard not to be suspicious. *This* is training is worth every cent, and is not a scam.

Big enough to have resources, but definitely small enough to keep it personal. All around an A++ experience. I DO NOT work for this company, and I was not asked to do this review -- but sometimes you gotta give credit where credit is due! Thank you VFA!

For a few years, I knew that I had wanted to get into voice over. But I had no idea how to go about doing so. I am so happy that I went to the Introduction to Voiceovers work shop hosted by Voices For All. The reads that every single person had the opportunity to participate in that class were so insightful. Jon, our instructor, gave us helpful tips. The design of the work shop was a fair way for people to determine for themselves whether or not this was something they want to pursue. And I knew that I definitely did. Having decided to take the Silver Level Master Class, I put my faith in the people at Voices For All. Every single instructor and personnel that I had the opportunity to interact with- Sherril, Jon, Kristie, Jeff, and Lori- were always very helpful, honest, and patient. It's time for me to gush about Lori, my main coach. Lori was always full of encouragement. She helped me elevate my reads with the constructive criticism that I needed. I'm a fairly shy person when meeting people for the first time, but I never felt that way with my coach. I looked forward to each lesson, ready to soak in a professional's knowledge! From completing the demos to setting up my website, Lori was with me every step of the way. Upon graduating from the course, she gave me resources to help make this into a career. Open to questions, knowledgeable, and kind-- my experience with Lori as my coach was invaluable. I did all of my lessons through Skype, which was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. Great practice for remote work! I don't feel lost anymore. Having received good guidance from the Voices For All team, I am ready to put in the hard work and pursue this dream!

A recent testimonial from a client of mine...

"We worked with Linda on our largest project of the year here at 'Secure Now!' and not only did the quality of her voice lead to the success of the project, but her professionalism and responsiveness played a key role in meeting our deadlines. The service that she provided was high-quality and drastically decreased the re-work for our team, something we've run into when using other providers. Linda continues to produce regular content for us and we are thrilled with the quality of work she consistently delivers! Nicole Unroe, HIPAA-Secure Now (Entegration Inc.), 2019"

First I want to say it has taken way to long to give Aaron Fischer the credit he so deserves. I spent 6 months training with him to complete the Master class. His knowledge in the field of Voiceovers is never ending. He will give you the training and tools needed and is very honest in his critique. It was a real pleasure to be able to work with him and gain some real insight into the world of Voices. With his background and experience I hope to take what I have learned and make a future in this field that I can be proud of. And someday I hope to make Aaron proud as well. Thank you Aaron for sharing your knowledge with me and making our time together fun and exciting.
