Eric Hunt is such a vibrant and dynamic instructor. I just completed the class this month of November. It was exciting and challenging. I had some trepidation on Saturday, feeling like I wanted to quit: am I worth it? am I good enough? can I do this? Will someone actually hire me? I realized that I just have to jump in with both feet and embrace this new adventure as I stepped out of my box, my comfort zone! As soon as I did that, the anxieties left and I had the most marvelous recording sessions. I tell you, I am so thankful I went through with this endeavor. I'm in the process of getting my home studio and marketing kit, and now I have so much to learn and look forward too. This class is well worth the time and money and I would recommend it highly!!

Wow the Master Class was AWESOME! Eric Hunt did an excellent job making the class fun and very informative. I was in the Chicago class in October 2010 and I know I am on a new career path. Very excited to receive my demo's, which were put together very well. I even had someone review them that works with voice over artists and they thought I had done commercial work already. So fabulous job coaching Eric! VFA is a class act all the way around. Just installed Pro Tools and there is so much information on VFA's website to help get me started.

I recently took the Master Class as taught by Mike Elmore. This class gave me the information I need to get started in this industry. They gave me the information to set up my in home studio, and my marketing plan. Mike Elmore is one of the best in the voiceover business, and low and behold the man can teach! The class was fun and informative at the same time. They have coached me in how to do voiceovers of all different types, from narriative to commerical. I now have two fully producced professional demos to use. I feel as though I have the tools necessary, and the support I can count on to succed in this business thanks to my training in the Masters Class, and the resources you get as a graduate. Thanks Voicesforall.com!

I attended the Master Class in Chicago last October. It was great, I had the greatest opportunities in my life to learn in detail about Voiceovers. VFA gave me enough tools to start my own bussiness. Eric Hunt our coach is a great professional. He knew how to take the best from my voice. I am glad I found them!!

For those of you thinking about taking any course from this organization, and waffling about the cost, I can state first hand (Masters class graduate 11/8/10 - San Jose, Ca) that it was worth every cent, and then some. This is not a fly-by-night operation...far from it. They work with you every step of the way; from the moment I took the introductory course back in April, to this very day, the staff has been courteous

A couple of weeks ago, I took both of VFA's advanced workshops, in Characters and Audiobooks. As with my intro and master classes, I was impressed with both the content and the quality of the instruction. Both Eric (Characters) and Leah (Audiobooks) are top-notch teachers, and it's all of the little things they do when coaching us that makes the difference, in my opinion. Both are clearly passionate about their respective specialties, offer great insight into each field and are quick to point out both our performance strengths as well as areas where we can improve in our reads. I left this power weekend fired up for all of the possibilities in both the Characters and Audiobooks areas of voiceover.
Of course, since it has taken me two weeks to make the time to write this testimonial, and since this was one of the first items on my post-workshops-light-a-fire-under-my-butt list of VO tasks to complete, it's clear that one of the key messages throughout all VFA courses – the need to be diligent and keep the momentum going in your VO career – is still relevant. For that reason, I'm also glad that all of the VFA instructors make themselves available and provide that extra level of support. I know that as I start working through my massive list of home studio, marketing and practicing tasks, exploring all of the opportunities in both Characters and Audiobooks, I'll be able to reach out to Eric and Leah for guidance, support – and even a constructive kick in the pants when I need it.

It has been a pleasure to start on my voiceover career path with Voices for All. They have quality people who are there to help you navigate the unknown, making you feel success is within your reach. Both the introductory instructor, Patrick, and the master class teacher, Mike, provided the information and motivation necessary to assist me getting where I want to go. My demos sound terrific and are wow-ing family and friends. I believe it’s only a matter of time before I’m writing again with a success update.

Last week I completed the Masters Class with Mike Elmore. Mike is a terrific instructor and the weekend went by quickly. There were points when I felt completely overwhelmed by all the information that was given but by the end of my recording session I felt confident about setting up my own business as a voice over artist. Thank you Voices for All and Mike for providing the opportunity to learn more about what is needed and to offer support for those ready to move forward in this field.
Elizabeth W. - CA
Wow!! I can't explain the fun of it all. Learning the business, meeting new friends, to doing the demo was all the greatest experience I never expected. The support I feel that's behind me makes me a success before I start. Great teacher, Eric Hunt, and great materials. Thank you, I'll do it all over again even though I don't have to.
D'Andre M. - CA
The Voices for All Master Class was absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough good things about it. Not only did it allow me to get specific feedback from a voiceover professional, the Master Class gave me the information I needed to actually launch a career in the voiceover industry. Anyone considering getting into voiceover work absolutely needs to take the Voices for All Master Class!

This will be one of those "I remember when" moments upon which I will relect in my senior years at the Don Pardo Memorial Old Announcers Home and be glad I did it. Eric Hunt is my YODA (insert your own joke here) and he knew just how to get the best out of me during my recording session. He kept the class fun and informative. Bob hooked me at my intro class, no small accomplishment. It is true that the classes are not cheap but it is an investment in the future. As the poet said "Of all the words of tongue the saddest are 'what might have been'". Follow your dream. If you hear the name TIM CASSIDY in the future you'll have VFA to thank or curse as the case may be.

SUCCESS UPDATE: Just finished filming my first full-length indie film and had a blast! I was cast in a supporting role in "Tilt", a drama-thriller filmed entirely in Brained, Minnesota. Go to tiltthemovie.wordpress.com to see the teaser/trailer which was just premiered at Flyway Film Festival in Pepin, Wisconsin. Hope this role will lead to either more film or voice over work. Stay tuned for more info and the release of the full movie in early spring.

SUCCESS UPDATE! "I couldn't of done it with out you..." Thank you V.F.A. for giving me the know how and motivation for landing my first gig! My first client was half way around the world in Estonia. They found me because I took V.F.A.'s advice and ran with it. It was so important to have my home studio up and running. The quality recording methods that V.F.A. taught me really sealed the deal. I mean it when I say that I couldn't of done it with out you. A Million Thanks!
In a world of scams and con-artists it was so nice and peaceful to find a no non-sense and direct wealth of information and knowledge. Voices for All did exactly what they said they were going to do and more, much more. They give you the ability to learn the business and get started right away. Eric Hunt was so patient with our class, taking the time to address every question I had. I know that to this very day if I had a question, Eric and the whole V.F.A. team would be there to help. I have to thank personally Eric and Courtney for lowering my blood pressure and raising my income. Thanks V.F.A. for delivering what you said you would.

For anyone seriously considering a career in voice acting VOICES FOR ALL is a great place to start!
Keith K. - OH
The master class lead by Eric Hunt was exceptional. Everything necessary to begin voice overs was covered, but we didn't seem to rush over anything. The diversity of the class and the interaction as we worked on techniques made the learning experience fun and rewarding. I particularly like the marketing and studio set up portion. The recording session game me a realistic idea of what's involved in getting an acceptable final product. By the end of the weekend, I felt I had all the tools I needed to begin this new career. Thanks for a wonderful and informative weekend.
Yvonne C. - CA
Would-a, could-a, should-a. So many dreams, so many if-onlys. Saying yes meant a step with risk, but I felt that here might be that one opportunity to realize a dream. Our weekend together, a group of strangers made comfortable by Eric--his sense of humor, his stories, his encouragement--was filled with fun and insights. Even the studio time, which I had faced with trepidation (it really isnt anything like going to the dentist), turned out to be a joyful experience under Erics able direction. As a graduate, I now have access to the information which will answer my questions concerning business development, contacts, technology. And I have the friendly and experienced staff of VFA for ongoing support. The dream lives on...

SUCCESS UPDATE: This job paid for my Voices.com membership!
VFA definitely has put me on track! I am an equity actress who really came into theatre without any training, learning as I go along. When I decided to pursue voice overs, I really wanted a company that would take all of the guesswork out of it for me, and the fact that they provide lifelong support is huge. Before I decided on their Master Class, I went over their information with a friend of mine who is a voice talent on the West Coast. She confirmed that the information VFA had given me was solid, and said I should go for it. And I am so glad I did! Of course, you can and should spend more time developing yourself as an artist and growing your business. But I really don't think you can beat the combination of information and support that you get from VFA. Another thing that impressed me was that every single person in my group had at least one read where you thought, "wow, that person sounds really good." So no, not everyone is invited to participate. They truly do screen for potential to succeed. I started sending out demos and auditions less than two months ago. I just booked my first job last week. Today I got my first radio commercial, and I will also be working on an ongoing basis with a local company that produces educational podcasts. Couldn't be happier!
Tara V. - FL
What an incredible experience! Thank you so much for all of the knowledge-sharing you packed into a short amount of time. I left feeling I could conquer the voice acting world :-) Of course, I also left with a realistic view of what I need to do to get started and keep moving forward. Eric was a fantastic instructor. I highly recommend the Masters Class for anyone venturing into this field. Thanks again!

Are you tired of doing the same thing day in and day out? I am, but I finally decided to try something new with the encouragement of people around me, and now the VFA family, I have that option. Skeptical, that was me. Now after completing the master class I can assure you the price is minimal for what you walk away with. For me confidence was the huge obstacle which I was quickly able to overcome with the help of classmates and VFA, especially Andrea Langworthy. Andrea is amazing!!! After the first day of class I was amazed how friendly everyone was in my class. After the second day I realized it was Andrea. Somehow she is able to bring out so many things in so many different kinds of people. The few days of instruction went by so quick, but I really felt like I was at home. The learning atmosphere is incredible, not what I expected. You will cover everything you need to know to further your possible career in voiceovers. Don't worry, if you can't remember everything you are provided with a VFA workbook which has more information than you will probably need. Now that I am back at home I still feel surrounded by support and will begin assembling my home studio. If I need anything, I know I can count on VFA to be there for me. Thank you so much Andrea, and thank you VFA staff.

Hello All! I just attended VFA's Master Class in San Jose (23-26 July, 2010) and it was so much more than I ever expected. Eric Hunt was our illustrious leader and he is really quite somethingl! He is incredibly upbeat and animated. Eric works with you and directs you until he gets the best out of you. You will surprise yourself!! As with any new endeavor, there's that little inner voice that likes to think it knows best (and it's typically talking from a place of fear). Well I'm hear to tell you that after this weekend and yesterday's recording session, that voice has been shut up! I'm excited to continue on this journey. I really believe this is opening up a whole new career for me! It is also reassuring to know that now that I've taken this class, I've become part of the VFA family. That really speaks to the integrity of this company. Thanks so much Eric and VFA!!!

After just graduating high school, I wasnt so sure if I'd be able to get into the voice acting business. It's been my dream, since I was eight-years-old, to manifest myself as a character on the television screen. A character, that like many of my childhood heroes, would inspire children or even adolescents to create, explore, and discover an aspect of themselves they may not have noticed was there. After just the Master Class with Voices For All, I learned even more about myself, what I was capable of, and how wonderful people can be in the industry. I feel enlightened, educated, and ready to explore this industry. It will be an adventure, but with the help of the VFA family and my classmates, anything is possible! I recommend this class for anyone, anywhere! Its truly an engaging, enthralling, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Once you're in the VFA headquarters, you'll feel like you're on top of the world! With a kind, well-rounded, and passionate instructor to guide you through your first baby steps into the voice acting world, you'll gain the confidence needed to succeed not just in voice acting but everyday life! Thank you VFA for making my dreams reachable!

SUCCESS UPDATE: Just wanted to drop a line and let you know that within a few days of publishing my website, I received a job doing the voicemail greeting and prompts for a company out of Tennessee. I spoke to them in length over the past few days and they mentioned that they heard my demos on a talent marketplace and they then contacted me directly through my site instead of submitted an audition request. This shows me that even though you may have your demos on a talent marketplace, having your own site is definitely a plus. Many potential customers don't want to pay commissions and have to weed through 50 or more voices for something such as a voicemail greeting. So, having my own, easy to navigate website, has already paid off for me. And my fee has already paid for 6 months of hosting. I would strongly suggest anyone thinking of getting their own site, to do it. Thanks again VFA! I have once again, turned your teachings into profit.
I would like to thank everyone at VFA for provided me with the necessary tools to advance my career in the wonderful would of Voice Over. My initial contact with VFA was through Mike Elmore at one of our local colleges. The class was entertaining and informative. A heck of deal for 40 bucks! It peeked my interest enough that I decided to pursue a full time career in VO. Over time, Dustin would occasionally call to touch base and ask if there was anything he or the VFA crew could do for me. He helped me get signed up at the last minute for the Masters Class in Chicago. That's where the real FUN began. From the first moment of the class, Eric had everyone's complete attention. His humor, knowledge and ability to grasp a captive audience was impressive. The class was set up in a way to include participation from everyone and provide a comprehensive study course that even the most uninformed could understand. I had many questions going into the weekend and was prepared to ask them all. Most were answered inside the first hour. The VFA Workbook alone is worth the cost of the course. The resources available to the alumni of VFA is astonishing. I would still be combing forums and message boards looking for answers if not for the Workbook and the Masters class. My demo session was a blast. Eric was patient and gave fantastic direction in an attempt to bring out the best in me. The ongoing support from the VFA crew is fantastic. If I have any questions or concerns, I am quickly provided a solution in short order. Thank you Mike, Eric, Dustin, Andrea, and everyone at VFA! Because of the wealth of knowledge you provided, I have built my website (basslinevoiceovers.com), got my marketing plan together and have already been receiving auditions in Chicago. All this in less than month since finishing the class! Keep up the good work everyone!

My weekend with Voices For All was completely amazing! My total and enthusiastic kudos go to Mike Elmore, who was friendly, professional and consistently helpful throughout the weekend. His level of knowledge about the voice over industry, and his energetic willingness to share this knowledge with us made for a very valuable and intense experience. This expertise culminated in the studio session, where I was quite impressed by the teamwork between Mike and Chris of Falcon studios. I was also really surprised to hear how much better my voice sounded in the studio than just speaking “live!” And I fully intend to be extremely surprised when I hear my finished demos.
I know I’m not alone in having an initial hesitation to enroll in the class due to the cost. I pondered it for some time, but finally decided every specialized field requires training, and training costs money. This is an investment in my dreams, and my dreams deserve the attention of my time and resources. I’m very glad that I have chosen Voices For All as a training and support partner. The future is wide open, and after the Master Class I feel like I’ve been shown a pathway that can lead to success. Now I need to get my marketing shoes on and get walking! I’m in the Professional Image Shoe Store at this very moment….

Where do I begin? From the moment I took my intro to voiceover class with Patrick, I knew I had to become a voiceover artist. The intro class gave me a brief overview of what the industry was like, which only made me hungry for more! Most big decisions in my life take me quite a while to make – but deciding to take the masters class was the easiest decision I have ever made. I am so glad I took the class because I know the time and effort put into it will pay off financially, but more importantly I will have a career that is fulfilling and a lot of fun! Mike Elmore was my instructor and an excellent one at that! The class was extremely informative but Mike also made it a lot of fun. By Sunday evening, I knew that I had all the tools I needed to be successful in the voiceover industry. I can’t wait to see where this career takes me. Thanks so much VFA, see you on the other side of the microphone!

SUCESS UPDATE: While trying to work through some equipment set up failures I had to pass up on submitting an audition, because I couldn't make the deadline. That was really disappointing for me, because I felt my voice type was perfect for that particular job. Drats! Feeling as if I would never get my VO business off the ground I received a phone call the very next day. I was asked to record an intro for a mega church in the area called Mount Calvary Baptist Church. Every Saturday, they do a broadcast on KDYA Radio (1190-AM) and recently increased from providing three services each Sunday to five services (in order to accommodate their growing congregation of five thousand). The :30 second spot was to highlight the additional services and introduce the weekly broadcast. Needless to say, I was thrilled to get this opportunity for an ongoing message on local radio. Last year (before my VFA grad training) I recorded a :15 sec. radio spot at that church to promote an event. The church media ministry staff remembered me and called me for this new job. A true blessing and a testament of a satisfied previous client!
Listen up! Aspiring voices: Do yourself a favor and don't hesitate to join the VFA training classes. Your investment will be well spent and you will never regret it. The staff is genuine and the instructors are on-top-of-their game! Shortly after I took the master’s class with Eric Hunt, I landed a job doing the intro for an on-going Christian radio program. What a blessing!
