Paul Benedetti, Founder, Recording Engineer/Producer, began his career in the music and voice over industry over 25 years ago. Paul has since been very fortunate to work with some incredible artists, such as the Legendary Tony and Emmy Award Winning Star Leslie Uggams, engineering her CD, On My Way To You. Paul has engineered cast albums for the Tony Nominated Broadway Musical, Anna Karenina and the Off Broadway Musical, Thunder Knocking On The Door, also with Leslie Uggams, and music by Grammy Award winning artist Keb' Mo'. In addition to working with hundreds of musicians Paul has also worked on independent films. He edited, mixed, and mastered the sound for the full length feature film, The Last Round, featuring X-Files star William B. Davis. Paul opened Max Trax Recording Studios located in Albany, NY, in June of 1994, and has since engineered and mixed projects for hundreds of up and coming musicians, numerous TV and Radio commercials, as well as mixing and mastering hundreds of voiceover recordings with many talented voice actors. He is a well respected veteran of the music and voiceover industry, and is known for getting the best sound out of the people he produces, records, and mixes. His experience and talent are essential to the quality of the productions here at VFA, and to the support of the home studio component for our graduates.  Being in business for many years Paul understands the way businesses work, and that both the staff and clients, as well as the products and services, are all equally important to obtain a common goal. His main objective in starting Voices For All was to provide unparalleled value, education, and ongoing support for its members.

Chad Mayette, Recording Engineer, became involved in music at a very young age studying and playing various instruments. He found the bass guitar to be the best fit. From 1992 through present day, Chad has played in many bands that have performed throughout the Northeast. In 1997 he began an apprenticeship at a commercial recording studio and started to build his skills as an audio engineer. Building a small recording studio at his home, Chad worked with many talented artists recording demos and full length albums. In October 2011 the opportunity presented itself to join Voices For All/Modern Day Music as a studio engineer. In a few short years, Chad became the General Manager of MDM as well.

Dustin DeLuke, Recording Engineer/Producer, is an experienced studio and live sound engineer.  Dustin holds degrees from Berklee College of Music (Music Production and Engineering) and Plymouth State University (Fine Arts Technology).  He has produced and engineered several projects/demos for solo artists and bands, jingles and live concerts.  Dustin is a producer, composer, arranger, conductor, and served as a studio support technician for the Berklee Internet Radio Network.  He also has experience in post-production and film scoring.  Acts Dustin has worked with include the band “The Dear Hunter”, Bill King (pianist for Janis Joplin), Philip Bailey (Earth Wind and Fire), and Jetro da Silva (pianist for Whitney Houston).
